The personal data processed within Doğanlar Mobilya are under the protection of Doğanlar Mobilya. Your personal data may be transferred within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, in accordance with the applicable legislation, primarily the Law, and in line with our legal and contractual obligations to regulatory and supervisory institutions and official authorities, security units and in situations foreseen by the relevant legislation.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you can apply to Doğanlar Mobilya using the methods specified in the “Contact” section of this Information Text and;
you can exercise your rights.
If the applications to be made for these purposes require an additional cost, you may need to pay the fee specified in the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Your requests contained in your application will be finalized as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of the request.
Rights related to personal data can only be used regarding data belonging personally to individuals.
You can submit your requests regarding the application of the Law and your questions about your personal data through one of the following methods:
Pursuant to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the Related Person must include the name, surname, signature if application is written, T.C. identification number (passport number if the applicant is foreign), address of notification, e-mail address if any, phone number and fax number and demand information in the application.
The Related Person should specify clearly and understandably the issue requested to be used and the right to be used when making the application. Information and documents regarding the application should be added to the application.
The subject of the request must be about the applicant herself/himself, and it is necessary to have special authorization and to document this authority (special power of attorney) in acting on behalf of someone else. In addition, it is necessary to include identity and address information in the application and to attach documents proving identity to the application.
Requests made by unauthorized third parties on behalf of someone else will not be considered.
